EASTER HOLIDAY TESTING ADVICE (25.03.21)
We have received the following guidance from the government regarding home testing and will be issuing pupils with replacement kits over the next week, as you begin to run out and to cover the holiday period. Thank you for all your support in this and in keeping the school and wider community safe.
Testing at home throughout the Easter holidays for schools and colleges
Following the success of the asymptomatic testing programme on the return to school and college, it is vital to keep testing at home throughout the Easter holidays and into the summer term. Please;
  • test twice a week at home from now on (all those who are able to)
  • report results online as positive, negative or void. This information is critical in helping the government to understand the prevalence of the virus across the country
  • continue to test twice weekly over the Easter holidays
  • test before returning to school or college for the summer term, either the night before, or morning of, the first day back, to find and isolate any positive cases
Families and households can also access home test kits for adults.

LATERAL FLOW TEST INFORMATION FROM GOVERNMENT  (19.03.21)
The Government have sent out the following document explaining how Lateral Flow Testing is working and how support bubbles and childcare providers can access the testing themselves. There are links within the document to help you in your specific circumstances. Thank you for all your support and we all hope you are all keeping well.
